Stakeholder Board
Role of the Stakeholder Board
The role of the Stakeholder Board is:
- To approve strategic decisions about service delivery
- To monitor the compliance of the service with SLA conditions
- To monitor the library budget, in particular ensuring no unauthorized overspend occurs and assessing cases made for additional spending
- To provide a forum for feedback on service delivery between users, stakeholders and the library service.
- To performance manage the service
- To identify and monitor risks and opportunities for the service
Membership
Membership of the Stakeholder Board is made up of:
- Representative from each of the five host Trusts
- Representative from NESC
- Representation from library users
- Other stakeholders as appropriate (eg universities, SHA)
- Library Service Manager
- Deputy Library Manager
- Representative of other library staff
