For staff working in the community, visiting their local healthcare library in order to borrow books, view journals or access any of the other library services on offer can be a challenge. To make it easier to access your library service Knowledge Specialists provide an outreach service. We regularly visit staff in their place of work both offering support and providing training.
We can help with:
- Book loans and article requests
- Inter-library loans
- Accessing e journals
- Athens registration
- Literature searching
- Alerting services
Core members of the Healthcare Library can also request items, a training session or a visit by their Knowledge Specialist.
